About the Memoria Globe
What is the Memoria Globe?
A 2.76-inch (7 cm) K9 crystal glass globe with a round 480 × 480 screen and a built-in speaker. It plays your own MP4 videos (with sound) and JPG photos on a loop, on its white stand or hanging from the tree with the included strap.
What's in the box?
The Memoria Globe, a display stand, a hanging strap, a USB-C cable for charging and adding videos, and a user guide.
How do I get videos from my phone onto it?
Move the videos to a Mac or Windows computer (AirDrop, iCloud or Google Photos download, or your phone's cable). Plug the globe in with the USB-C cable. It opens like a USB stick, and you drag the files in. It takes a few minutes.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. There's no app, no account and no subscription. Your videos go straight from your computer to the globe and aren't uploaded anywhere.
How much does it hold?
4GB of built-in storage, which is plenty for a good collection of short clips and photos. You can change them any time.
How long does the battery last?
About 2–5 hours of playback per charge, depending on what's playing, and up to 12 months on standby. Recharge it with the included USB-C cable.
Can I turn the sound down?
Yes. It has volume buttons, so the sound can be loud, soft or off.
Does it work for cats and other pets?
Yes. It plays any MP4 video or JPG photo, so it works for any pet, or any person you want to remember.
Will my videos be safe on it?
The globe holds copies for playback, so please keep your originals on your phone, computer or cloud backup too.
Giving it as a gift
Can I give it without their videos?
Yes. You can give it empty and fill it together later, ask a family member to send you a few clips, or use videos they've already shared.
Can you ship it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping details at checkout. We don't include prices or receipts in the parcel.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship to the United States only, and tracked shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 6–11 business days in total. For Christmas, order by December 10. See our shipping policy.
What if it isn't right?
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return it within 30 days of delivery even after loading your videos. Return shipping is free if it arrived damaged or faulty, and paid by you for change-of-mind returns. See our refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@unwrapt.shop.
