If your Memoria Globe doesn't feel right, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Here's exactly how it works. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Changed your mind?
Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if you've already loaded your videos. You can delete them before sending it back. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.
Arrived damaged or not working?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we cover any return shipping.
Condition of returned items
Please send back the globe, stand, strap and cable undamaged, in the original box or similar protective packaging. If an item comes back damaged through misuse, we may only be able to offer a partial refund, and we'll always explain why. There are no restocking fees.
