Shipping policy

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order to the United States. For international orders, a shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of Europe. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're unable to ship there yet.

Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–11 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs and peak seasons (such as the holidays) can add extra time. If you're buying a gift for a specific date, we recommend ordering early.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number, which you can also use on our tracking page.

Sending a gift
You can ship your order directly to the person you're gifting by entering their name and address as the shipping details at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses, lost or delayed parcels
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll help locate it.
